BE WILLING TO TURN FROM SIN - REPENT    

        "Jesus said, "I tell you, Nay, but except ye
         repent, ye shall all likewise perish."  Luke 13:5

BELIEVE THAT JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR YOU - WAS
BURIED AND ROSE FROM THE DEAD.

        "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only
         begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him, shall
         not perish, but will have eternal life."  John 3:16

 THROUGH PRAYER, INVITE JESUS INTO YOUR LIFE
 TO BECOME YOUR PERSONAL SAVIOR.

        "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord
           shall be saved."  Romans 10:13

You may pray a pray similar to this:

     Dear God,
    I know You love me.  I confess my sin and my need of salvation.
    I turn away from my sin and place my faith  Jesus as my
    Savior and Lord.  In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
